Ordering and Payments

- Payments are securely processed through the payment gateway and only after its completion, an order is confirmed
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any orders.
- Orders can be cancelled, only before shipment. Please contact customer support for further assistance.
Shipping and Delivery
- We strive to deliver orders within 10 working days (within serviceable Indian pincodes).
- Products are packaged carefully to ensure safe delivery.
- For global shipping, the times will vary.
Returns and Refunds
- Products once ordered can be exchanged only in case of any damage, within a period of 48 hours post delivery. Please get in touch with our customer care for further assistance.
- We do not issue any refunds or credit notes
